• SaMo AI and its configured AI model provider: Customer messages, recent conversation context, store domain, and relevant product details are sent to generate a Shopify-focused support reply. The SaMo service also records a pseudonymous store support email and request usage metadata; it does not store chat message text in its usage log.
• MongoDB Atlas: Database hosting for conversation and store data
• Shopify: OAuth authentication and billing services
• Railway: Application hosting infrastructure for the App and SaMo API
• NVIDIA: AI inference provider configured by SaMo to generate responses

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Encrypted database connections (TLS/SSL)
• JWT tokens for authentication
• Server-side storage of the SaMo access token; it is not sent to customer browsers
• Industry-standard security practices
• Regular security audits and updates

Data is retained as long as your store uses the App. Conversation history is stored for service improvement and support purposes.
